About CME Landscape Corp
Women-owned, South Gate grown
Founded in South Gate in 2015, CME Landscape Corp maintains commercial, industrial, nonprofit, multifamily and public-agency properties across Los Angeles County and Orange County, with client relationships of up to 10 years.

Led by Monica Reyes

CME is owned and operated by Monica Reyes, CEO, a woman leading in an industry where only about 15% of landscaping companies are woman-owned. Monica has been featured by Ascend and Latino Leaders Magazine for changing the face of a male-dominated industry, and she leads the company's business development and client relationships personally.
Before founding CME, Monica built a 25-year corporate career: five years in sales, followed by 20 years in national healthcare staffing, where she served as Director of National Staffing, managing large-scale workforce operations under Joint Commission compliance standards. She personally earned CME's California C-27 landscape contractor license, completed the AscendLA Management Education Program at Loyola Marymount University's College of Business Administration, earned the National Association of Landscape Professionals' Landscape Management Certificate, is a Certified Construction Management Professional, and has completed Qualified Water Efficient Landscaper (QWEL) training in water-efficient irrigation and landscape practices. She brings the same discipline to CME: clear contracts, dependable staffing and accountability on every account.

Field leadership
Clayton Etherredge
Senior Project Manager, agronomy degree, former golf course superintendent in three states
Clayton leads CME's field teams. He earned his agronomy degree from Horry-Georgetown Technical College in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, known for its golf and sports turf management program, and went on to serve as golf course superintendent at 18-hole courses in South Carolina, Nevada and California over a career of more than 40 years. He partnered with Monica when she founded CME in 2015 and has led our field operations ever since.
Clayton sets the maintenance standards our crews follow on every property, plans the work with clients and oversees our crew leads and technicians in the field. The result is golf-course-level knowledge of turf, irrigation and plant health brought to every commercial site we serve.
Our crews start early on purpose. The work is done before your day gets busy, and our team finishes in time for family and life outside work. That balance helps us keep experienced crew members, so familiar faces care for your property, and every client has direct access to their project manager.
How we work
Your vision, our experience. We start by understanding what your property needs and build an individualized service plan around it.
Reliability and communication. Once work is underway, we meet the timelines and outcomes we agreed on, and you always have one point of contact.
Value and quality. We measure success by how your property looks and how easy we are to work with.
Rooted in community
Working with CME supports the Mi Hija Foundation, which provides advocacy and assistance for those in need. We also volunteer with the Latina Golfers Association. See our community work.
